Just wanted to say "thank you" for taking such good care of my son the other day.  Your kindness and generosity went way beyond your call of duty. ;-) Thanks to you, my son's vision is finally back to normal and he is completely better.  Thanks again, A.O.

I would just like to send a sincere thanks to the staff of your office. I was greeted by two sweet and friendly girls and brought back almost immediately by an even sweeter young girl. I have never been in your office before so when this young lady spent over an hour helping me try on glasses and finding what fit me best, it was so appreciated. I ended up spending quite a large amount of money because I do not have eye insurance and I told the young girl that I hoped she would be receiving a large commission for my order. She then told me that they do not earn commission and when I told her she should, she replied that she much preferred it this way so she will always remain unbiased and truly be able to provide me with the best pair of glasses for me. What integrity for a girl who couldn't be older than 21! As I left the office, it seemed four or five people said goodbye to me, and I remain astounded by the superior service and kindness I received from your office. I decided to try the new Shamir Autograph III progressive lenses at Dr. Eisenstatt's recommendation since he was already wearing them himself. Usually the transition to new lenses with my multi-focals takes several days. These new lenses are amazing! The transition was seamless and I absolutely cannot tell where the different areas of my lenses begin and end. It's like looking through the clearest glass window I have seen in years. I forget I even have glasses on all day!! These lenses are very well worth the slight increase in cost. Thanks for the recommendation, Dr. Eisenstatt!!! ~ C.B.C.

I just wanted to send this letter to let you know how pleased I am with your staff and the services that I have received from you, as your patient.......To make a long story short, I have been so happy and satisfied with the services I have received. I'm able to get an appointment within one day of calling, your staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I come to the office..... The icing on the cake was today, when I called your office for a refill and, rather than a nurse to return my call, you personally made the call yourself. I was so impressed, that, after we hung up, I told my co-workers, "I think I'm in love with my eye doctor's office."  You have provided excellent service for me and I appreciate it so much. Thank you for giving me back my independence through better sight. Now I can not only read street signs but also see the small print on the TV screen across the room. The tinting made a huge difference regarding glare from indoor as well as outdoor lighting. Oncoming car lights are better---in other words, my whole life is improved.  My whole family joins me in thanking you for being such an outstanding professional.
